Powder coating in progress

Powdercoating

Powder coating is free-flowing, dry powder. The coating is applied electrolytically and is then cured in one of our box ovens to allow it to flow and form a "skin". The powder may be a thermoplastic or a thermoset polymer. It is usually used to create a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint.

Perfect for smaller items & alloy wheels.

Freshly stripped wheels before sandblasting

Chemical paint stripping

Chemical paint stripping is a highly effective way to strip off all old paint. It can be used to strip anything from wheels to wood. The work is soaked in the chemical stripper, and because it is a liquid form, it gets into all the difficult to reach areas.
